Peoples experience in wars and conflict may give rise to a questioning of their faith, or an abandonment of it. How can a loving God allow atrocities and deprivations to be inflicted on “his” people?
With such a controversial subject there is clearly scope for offence, and the exhibition organisers tried to be suitably sensitive but at the same time not avoid questions of faith and suffering.
